What is Customer Delight? Share your experiences…

One of the subjects that I am constantly trying to explore is, ‘customer experience’. Does a brand that promises “Customer Delight” as its chosen pursuit actually deliver it? Or is it mostly just a sexy line that has no connect whatsoever with ground reality?
Is there a brand that exemplifies “Customer Delight” for YOU? Which one?
I am looking for some ‘touch and feel’ examples. You can help by sharing your experiences.

    TO answer your question, As a customer I have not been delighted by any Indian company so far.

    Hi i have one - Deutsche bank. Though they are a new company, I suppose their service is much better than Citibank. Citibank's call center people calls me repeatedly to pay my bills but won't offer any solution to have the payment done conveniently expect for what they offer - come to Citibank ATM and drop the cheque 5 days in advance to your deadline. Calling Citibank for getting a new TPin. ATM pin, or ipin? They might come after a week or never arrive at all. (Compare that to ICICI that is all the time ready to send executives to your home or ofice to collect your cheques). Dealing with Deutsche on the other hand is a breeze. They go out of their way to meet my requirements.
    Maruti is another company that I would mention on good customer service.
